Other minor edits and technical revisions were also incorporated in the Guidelines:
- Revised Division-wide Student Academic Progress section
- Revised data source descriptions for clarity
- Revised rating level names for summative evaluation as follows:
- Highly Effective
- Effective
- Approaching Effective
- Ineffective
- Updates/revisions to existing performance standards, indicators and rubrics to address new research and lessons from the field of practice
This workshop is designed to provide small group support to superintendents and board members responsible for assessing and
updating their evaluation model. Participants will have the opportunity to review the guidelines in detail and then use them as they draft their own models. Individual consultation and support will be available throughout the session as participants work on their revisions.
